Section 8(1) in The U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976
(1)A licence granted under this Act, may be suspended or cancelled, if it appears to the Licensing Officer that-(a)any of the grounds mentioned in sub-section (2) of Section 7 exists;(b)the licensee has parted wholly or partly with the possession or control of the cold storage or that he has ceased to run it.
