Section 38(2) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(2)For delay in payment of bill by a consumer beyond the period specified by the Commission a late payment surcharge as laid down by the Commission from time to time shall be payable to the transmission or distribution licensee.
