Section 8(i) in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti (Conduct of Business) Rules, 1969
(i)The Chairman of the Samiti shall call for a special meeting on the requisition of one-third of the number of members, then on the roll of the Samiti, within one month from the date of receipt of such requisition giving the resolution, which it is proposed to move.
