Section 3(1) in The Orissa Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil (Maintenance of Supplies) Order, 1979
(1)Every dealer shall, within twenty four hours from the date of commencement of this Order, display at a conspicuous place of his business-(i)the working hours of business; and(ii)a stock-cum-price board showing the opening balance of motor spirit and/or high speed diesel oil of the day and the rate per litre.
