Section 1(3) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(3)This section shall come into force at once. The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all or any of the remaining provisions of this Act shall come in to force on such dates as may be specified therein.
