Section 1 in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.(3)This section shall come into force at once. The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all or any of the remaining provisions of this Act shall come in to force on such dates as may be specified therein.
