Section 25(2) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(2)If, in connection with exercise of its authority and in the discharge of its functions by the Council under this Act, any dispute arises between the Council and the Government, the decision of the Government on such dispute shall be final.
