25. Directions by the Government.
(1)The Council shall carry out such directions as may be issued, from time to time, by the Government for efficient administration of this Act.(2)If, in connection with exercise of its authority and in the discharge of its functions by the Council under this Act, any dispute arises between the Council and the Government, the decision of the Government on such dispute shall be final.
