(1)The Board may from time to time appoint Committee consisting of such persons of any of the following classes as they may think fit, namely, -(i)Trustees,(ii)persons associated with the Board under section 16,(iii)other persons whose assistance or advice the Board may desire as members of Committees:Provided that no Committee shall consist of less than three persons.(2)The Board may -(a)refer to such Committees, for inquiry and report, any matter relating to any of the purposes of this Act, and(b)delegate to such Committees, by specific resolution, and subject to any rules made under section 149, any of the powers or duties of the Board.(3)The Board may at any time dissolve, or, subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), alter the constitution of, any such Committee.(4)Every such Committee shall conform to any instructions given to them from time to time by the Board.(5)All proceedings of any such Committee shall be subject to confirmation by the Board.
