(1)The Board may from time to time appoint Committee consisting of such persons of any of the following classes as they may think fit, namely, -(i)Trustees,(ii)persons associated with the Board under section 16,(iii)other persons whose assistance or advice the Board may desire as members of Committees:Provided that no Committee shall consist of less than three persons.
