Section 7(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)The chairperson and the other members shall hold office for a period of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever period is less.
