In terms of the last order, record of the investigation has been produced by the State.
Mr. Naveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing vice Mr. Prem P. Chauhan has prayed that the case be listed in the month of September, 2022, as Mr. Chauhan is stated to be out of Country. As prayed for, list for consideration on 20th September, 2022. Respondents need not produce the record of investigation in future unless specifically ordered by the Court. It is made clear that pendency of this petition shall not come in the way of the Agency/Court concerned in taking the proceedings which have been initiated from the lodging of FIR to their logical conclusion.
