Section 7(2) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(2)if a Government servant is appointed as Registrar he shall draw his/her pay and admissible allowances and shall be entitled to pension and retiring gratuity according to the existing rules of the State Government. His/her leave and leave-salary also be regulated under the Rules of the State Government in vogue.
