Section 30(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)The Executive Council shall appoint a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely r(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)the Secretary to Government in-charge of Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries Department(s);(c)the Secretary(s) to Government in-charge of Finance Department(s);(d)One member chosen by the Executive Council from amongst its non official members; and(e)Finance Officer.
