Section 3(2) in The Orissa Statistics and Economics Service Rules, 1979
(2)[ The Orissa Statistics and Economics Service Class-I shall include the posts of Joint Director Level-I, Joint Director Level-II, Principal. Statistical Training Institute and Deputy Director in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics and such other post or posts as Government may from time to time specify in this behalf.
