Section 16 in Telangana Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2010
16. Penalties.
- Any person who,-(a)contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder; or(b)obstructs any officer or person in the exercise of any powers conferred or in the performance of any duty imposed upon him by or under this Act, shall on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend upto Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) or with imprisonment for a term which may extend upto one year or with both.
