Section 16(b) in Telangana Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2010
(b)obstructs any officer or person in the exercise of any powers conferred or in the performance of any duty imposed upon him by or under this Act, shall on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend upto Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) or with imprisonment for a term which may extend upto one year or with both.
