28. University Boards.
(1)The University shall establish a Board of University Teaching and Research, a Board of Extra-Mural Studies, a Board for Hostels Management, a Planning Board, a Board for Students' Welfare and such other Boards as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The constitution, powers and duties of each of the Boards established under subsection (1) shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
