Section 30(g) in Tamil Nadu Cooperative Sugar Mills Managerial Common Cadre System Rules, 2018
(g)save as provided in these rules, no appeal shall be addressed or endorsed to or bear recommendations of any other authority or person. A defiance of this rule as well as any attempt to influence or canvass the appellate authority shall be deemed as breach of discipline, rendering the appeal liable to rejection and the member is liable for punishment for breach of discipline.
