Section 14(1) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(1)A person to be selected as a Chairperson/member of the Child Welfare Committee shall have either of the following qualifications, with five years experience in their respective field.(a)a graduate from a recognised university;(b)Respectable, well educated citizen with the background of special knowledge of social work, child psychology, Education, Sociology or Home Science;(c)A teacher or a doctor or a senior retired public servant who has been involved in work concerning child welfare; or(d)A Social Worker of repute who has been directly engaged in work on child rights.
