19. Recovering value of natural products unauthorisedly removed from certain lands.
- Any person who unauthorisedly removes from any land which is set apart for a special purpose or from any land which is the property of the [* * *] [The word 'Central' omitted by the Goa Land Revenue Code Adaptation of Laws Order, 1987.] Government any natural product (not being trees) shall be liable to the Government for the value thereof, and in addition, to a fine not exceeding five times the value, of the natural product so removed.
