(2)The Chancellor, the Vice-chancellor and the members of the Executive Council and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in the University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the [Uttarakhand] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 10 of 2010.] Technical University.
