Section 3 in Uttarakhand Technical University Act, 2005
3. Establishment and incorporation of the University.
(1)There shall be established at Dehradun a University by the name of [Uttarakhand] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 10 of 2010.] Technical University.(2)The Chancellor, the Vice-chancellor and the members of the Executive Council and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in the University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the [Uttarakhand] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 10 of 2010.] Technical University.
