(5)Manner of packing - (a) The goods in heavy package shall be securely packed in a strong covering in such manner that there is no movement of the goods inside the package resulting in any disintegration of the goods or the covering.(b)The covering shall be of such material and nature as can stand the strain of the packages being handled during the course of loading or unloading so that the risk of any injury to persons who handle the package is minimised.
