ORAL ORDER
3 09-07-2014Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
In the present writ petition petitioner is seeking relief for quashing the order dated 6.12.2012 passed by the Collector, Araria in Mutation Revision Case No.4 of 2010-11 by which he has set aside the order dated 11.11.2009 passed Patna High Court CWJC No.13927 of 2013 (3) dt.09-07-2014 2 in Mutation Appeal No.50 of 2007-08.
The matter relates to mutation. In view of Section 9 read with section 15 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2009 it will not be proper for this Court to adjudicate the issue. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid Tribunal. If such an application is filed within 30 days from today the time consumed before this Court will be taken into consideration while deciding the limitation petition, if any.
