Section 6(1) in The U.P. Tendu Patta (Vyapar Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 1972
(1)The State Government shall for each year constitute for each such Division of a Commissioner, where tendu leaves grow, an Advisory Committee which shall consist of not more than nine members nominated by the State Government :Provided that not more than one-third of such members shall be from amongst persons who are growers of tendu leaves.
