Section 75(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)For run-of-river power stations without pondage: - Since variation of generation in such stations may lead to spillage, these shall be treated as must run stations. The maximum available capacity, duly taking into account the over load capability, must be equal to or greater than that required to make full use of the available water.
