Section 4 in The Bengal Court Of Wards (Amendment) Act, 1941
4. Retrospective effect. -
The amendments made by sections 2 and 3 shall have effect in respect of all suits or proceedings including proceedings in execution which are pending on the date of commencement of this Act.
