16. Termination of agreement.
- 16.1 The eligible consumer may terminate the agreement at any time by giving 30 days prior written notice to the licensee.16.2If an eligible consumer breaches any term of the agreement and does not remedy the breach within 30 days of receipt of written notice from the distribution licensee of the breach or any other valid reason to be recorded in writing, the distribution licensee may terminate the agreement without any further notice.16.3Eligible Consumer, upon termination of the agreement, shall disconnect forthwith the photovoltaic system from licensee's distribution system.
