Section 53(4) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013
(4)Preferably, all bids received shall be put into a duly locked bid box placed for receiving the bids. In the absence of a bid box, the received bids shall be kept in safe custody in lock and key by the person authorised to receive the bids.
