Section 45(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(1)The Managing committee of a Farmers' Organization shall comprise of the President and the territorial constituency members in respect of a water users' association. The president & members elected to Managing committee in respect of a Distributary Committee and the Chairperson and Member elected to Managing Committee in inspect of Project Committee.
