State of Jammu-Kashmir - Subsection

Section 27(3)(c) in Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969

(c)The Faculty of Medicine shall consist of-
(i)Principals of the colleges concerned ;
(ii)Head of the Department in each subject [comprising the Faculty] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1970 for the words 'Comprised in faculty' and 'knowledge in subject' wherever occurring.] ;
(iii)Professors and Associate Professors in each subject [comprising the Faculty] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1970 for the words 'Comprised in faculty' and 'knowledge in subject' wherever occurring.] ;
(iv)two persons to be nominated by the Academic Council of the University concerned on account of their possessing expert [knowledge of the subject] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1970 for the words 'Comprised in faculty' and 'knowledge in subject' wherever occurring.] or subject [comprising the Faculty] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1970 for the words 'Comprised in faculty' and 'knowledge in subject' wherever occurring.].
