Section 12(1) in The Haryana State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute the Haryana State Higher Education Commission under the Chairmanship of the Education Minister, Haryana and such other members, as the State Government may deem fit.
