Section 12 in The Haryana State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
12. Constitution of Commission.
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute the Haryana State Higher Education Commission under the Chairmanship of the Education Minister, Haryana and such other members, as the State Government may deem fit.(2)The terms and conditions of the members of the Commission shall be such as may be specified in the notification.(3)The Commission shall make recommendations and suggestions for academic excellence in the State.
