Section 134(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)The Executive Authority may, by an order in writing require the Executive Authority having jurisdiction over the Gram Panchayat to furnish him information on any matter falling within such categories as may be prescribe in respect of villages within his jurisdiction or any part thereof or any person or property therein and such Executive Authority shall comply with such order.
