35. Application of other laws.
(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith in any other Rajasthan law for the time being in force or any judgment or decision of a court or authority to the contrary.(2)Any lease, licence or any instrument having effect by virtue of any law or any title to land forming part of the protected area shall stand pro tanto modified and shall have no effect:Provided that nothing in this Act shall deprive any tenant of contractual rights and except to that extent that such rights are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
