Section 35(1) in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith in any other Rajasthan law for the time being in force or any judgment or decision of a court or authority to the contrary.
