7. Meetings.
(1)One third of the voting members of the Academic Council shall constitute the quorum.(2)The Academic Council shall meet at least two times each year.(3)The Academic Council may adopt its own rules of procedure for scheduling and conduct of its meetings.(4)The Registrar shall not less than fifteen days prior to each meeting of the Academic Council, issue to each member a notice stating the time and place of the meeting along with the agenda paper. In case of a special meeting, the Registrar shall give such prior notice of the time and place of the meeting of as the circumstance in each case may permit.
