Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004
(1)A State Level Sports Association enlisted in Schedule 'B' and its affiliated District Level Sports Association shall apply for registration of the Association, stating therein the name, address, area represented, game or sports represented by the Sports Association and with, complete details of the Executive Body and accompanied with the documents specified in Schedule 'A'.
