5. Application for Registration of Sports Associations.
(1)A State Level Sports Association enlisted in Schedule 'B' and its affiliated District Level Sports Association shall apply for registration of the Association, stating therein the name, address, area represented, game or sports represented by the Sports Association and with, complete details of the Executive Body and accompanied with the documents specified in Schedule 'A'.(2)Registration fee of rupees two hundred fifty or such other fee as may be re-determined by the Government from time to time shall be chargeable for registration.
