Section 15 in Roorkee University Act 1947

15. Authorities of the University.

- The following shall be authorities of the University : -

(1)The Senate;

(2)The Syndicate;[(2-a) The Academic Council; [Substituted by section 10 of U.P. Act No. 10 of 1998.](2-b) The Finance Committee;]

(3)Such other authorities as may be declared by the regulations to be the authorities of the University.
