Section 1 in The M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [W.e.f. 5-5-1973 vide Notification No. 940-XX-VII-73, dated 3-5-1973.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
