Section 182(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(ii)a member elected at an ordinary election or a co-opted member shall hold office for a term of five years from the date appointed by the Andhra Pradesh Election Commission for Local Bodies for the first meeting of the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] after the said ordinary election.
