Section 17(1) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)The Finance Officer shall be whole time officer of the Cluster University and shall be appointed by the State Government in consultation with the Chancellor;
