17. Financial Officer.
(1)The Finance Officer shall be whole time officer of the Cluster University and shall be appointed by the State Government in consultation with the Chancellor;(2)The salary and allowances payable to the officer shall be as specified in the conditions of service.(3)The Finance Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Regulations.
