37. Accounts and Audit.
(1)The accounts of the Council shall be prepared before such date and at such intervals and in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The accounts of the Council shall he audited by the Registered Chartered Accountant. The audit fee of the Chartered Accountant shall he fixed by the Council from time to time as per their regulations.(3)As soon as the accounts of the Council are audited the Council shall send a copy thereof, together with a copy of the report of the Director Medical Education thereon, to the State Government in such manner as may be prescribed.
