Section 11(1) in The U.P. Cold Storage Order, 1972
(1)Every holder of licence desiring to renew the licence shall make an application for renewal in duplicate to the Licensing Officer in Form 'C' together with such fees as are payable under clause 5 of the original grant of the licence, on or before the 31st October.
