1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra State-Aid to Industries Act, 1960.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [1st December 1961 (vide G.N,, I. & L.
