27. Conferment of Honorary Degrees.
(1)All the proposals for the conferment of honorary degrees shall be made by the Senate and shall require the assent of the Board before submission to the Visitor for confirmation.(2)Whenever it is necessary, the Chairman of the Board may submit, on behalf on the Board, such proposal to the Visitor.
