Section 51(2) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (General) Rules, 2011
(2)All employees of the Bangalore Metro Railway observing the smoke or fire shall raise the alarm by means of the equipment provided or by informing the Station Controller and Traffic Controller as may be most appropriate and expeditious.
